What is going on

A walk-in client has arrived on Wednesday 9 September with a home box colour that has gone patchy and orange over previous highlights. She wants to be a clean blonde for a wedding on 3 October and is prepared to come in more than once. The Senior Stylist has completed the consultation and a strand test result is on her card. The client's patch test for the planned oxidative range is not yet on file. The client is waiting for a plan by 3:00 pm covering what can be done today, what has to wait, the home care she must use, and the cost of each visit.

Subject: Walk-in colour correction, need a plan by 3:00 pm

A walk-in has come in with a home box dye that has gone patchy and orange over old highlights and she wants to be blonde again for a wedding on 3 October. I have done the consultation and a strand test is on her card. I need you to work through the problem: what we can do today, what has to wait, and what she must use at home. Use the Treatment Plan Template and price each visit. She is sitting with a coffee and I have told her we will come back to her by 3:00 pm.

Your brief

Analyse the colour problem from the consultation and strand test, build a multi-visit treatment plan using the template, book the visits, arrange a patch test and present the plan and pricing to the client and the Senior Stylist.

Work through it

You do not need to do it all. Doing a few of these will show you what the work is like. Your ticks and notes stay on this device.
